The Wheel Deal wanted to get in front of 20 to 50-year-old 4x4 lovers who were looking for competitively priced, quality wheels and tyres. It was important to project the honest and customer service culture of the business. The key was engaging with this competent and mechanically savvy demographic in a way that resonated, without forcing them with a hard sell.
The Work and Outcome
We worked closely with owner Jarrard from The Wheel Deal to create a series of informative custom social videos around the content we knew would excite and educate the target audience. Each video played on the target market’s desire to avoid disappointing the most important people in their lives - them!
A hero video was launched showcasing the before and after of a full fitment of a suspension and wheel package.
There was an amazingly popular response to the video content and it was no surprise that this flowed through to online sales. Not only was the inhouse workshop super busy with new fitment bookings but the online shop saw a huge increase in visitors and the business continues to grow.
