In 2020, Jamie - the Principal of a successful Aged Care Consultancy business, was responsible for a website that contained out-of-date content and was not mobile friendly. We worked closely with Jamie, to test and successfully launch the new Trilogy Aged Care Consultants website.

Background

We listened to our client during the discovery and briefing phase to ensure there was a common understanding of the problem, we worked with Jamie to get a thorough understanding of his pain points and his ideas for the new website. We then took a good look at the business goals and came back with some suggestions and agreed on a multi-phased ‘game plan’.

The goals of phase one of this project were to:
• improve the brand online
• ‘spell out’ what the company offers to their potential clients/customers
• improve the volume and quality of traffic from organic search engines.

The Work

To remedy the original problem that Trilogy brought to us, we built a professional website that uses a beautiful wordpress design and engaging content to generate interest in our client’s services. The project was well planned and consultative. We continually work with Jamie to ensure he continues to grow his business through digital marketing strategies and gains the ROI he demands.
